The last three games were close, but the last three wins are games that you can only imagine would be blowout losses under Leavitt.

I don't know that you fault bonani for missing the 2nd one. He hit it dead on like he should have

i agree 10000% he absolutely nailed it.  either way he totally redeemed himself for any bit of redemption needed!

No way he needed redemption ... kicked a 52 yarder and the one he missed was not that far off.

Correct.  We are competitive in the Big East now.  Let's see:

Beat RU and CINCI in the same year (crazy enough) and we beat THE VILLE on the road which I don't think we have done before.  We have a good chance against UCONN and PITT has to come into our house.

absolutely.  this is college.  few pro kickers are automatic above 50.  i think its **** impressive that he made the one that didn't count.
