can't polish a turd. 

35 million you can polish anything. Especially a 30 year old basketball stadium. So stop complaining. You'd be complaining about it if they didn't do anything

My first time back in the Sundome in 20+ years was for the FxU game before the Miami game last year.

It's definitely in need of an upgrade, but you know what I really missed? Getting blown out the doors when leaving. I automatically started to brace myself, and there was no wind, LOL. Bring back the inflatable roof!!!
