we were screwed because the coaches called 27 passing plays. our strength is not passing the ball.

Syracuse did a great job containing him Saturday, taking away his legs. You do that and we're screwed.

I'm not so sure it was Syracuse was who took his legs away ...

Syracuse is not a good football team.

I think we need to see how the season plays out before making that assessment ...

Sure Trip...their wins this year are against an 0-6 Akron, I-AA Maine and Colgate...and then there was yeh Washington game.

They're not very good.

They're not very good.

They've won 3 games they were supposed to, one they weren't and lost one they were supposed to... Next couple of weeks should show where they are.

Although I've never seen someone getting their **** kicked, I'll take your word for it ... and that game was over a month ago. You don't think they could have improved since then?? They haven't loss since, no matter who the opponents were, so these games coming up, against better quality opponents, will be a better indicator.

It's hard to run 75% of the time (or more that you guys are asking for) against a BCS team when they are able to stack the box with absolutely no fear of the pass.

Do you remember how nice it was to leave Jenks and Trae Williams on an island with receivers and all of the things we could do as a defense, knowing that those guys were not going to get beat very often...well, every team can do that against us, and they don't have to have a great pair of corners. They can blitz safeties, stack the box, take a nap, whatever they want because, so far, BJ hasn't shown that he can make them pay.

bj hasnt improved from last year and that is my biggestconcern

2 new qbs need to be brought in to compete for the job next year

usf needs competition at every position
