Rivals finally got around to ranking Watson. He is of course, wait for it, wait, 3 stars.

Unless they changed it, looks like 4 stars to me.

I wonder if that means that FSU knows it will get a verbal from Tim Jernigan. He's the DT that both UF and FSU really want.

It could also mean Elkino is narrowing it down to USF, UF and UL and so he canceled the visit. With him visiting Tampa last I'm hopeful it's a good sign for the Bulls

It's great that McClain is doing so well and is now projected to go in the 2nd round of the draft and also received an invite to the combine.

We don't have a verbal from any other DT, so Elkino has a clear path to get early playing time, under Kevin Patrick.

This is from an FSU site and was written before it was known that he wasn't coming.

DT Elkino Watson- Fl. Undecided. This one is not confirmed by me, but he has had this one set up for awhile. If he makes it iin it is interesting on a number of levels. First he would be here at the same time as Jernigan which is both interesting because of our numbers and that they are both being recruited by UF. There was a time when FSU could have taken him, but chose to play this one a little more slowly. At the end of this weekend, he(and FSU) should have a better idea of where they stand.

That is too funny, less than a week after ranking him, after he is getting interest from FSU, UF et al. He is magically proclaimed, wait for it, wait...... 4 stars
