Status on New Recruits?

Is it typical during this time of year to have no new news (tongue twister) on recruiting?  I read an article during the bye week about Coach Holtz recruiting during the down time, but other than that no new commits.  Thanks.

Yes it is typical. There is a lot going on throughout the season but it is tough to find out a whole lot with a premium subscription to usf scout or usf rivals.

Yeah hatter your right, the pay sites are just regurgitating the publicly available info and trying to make it look important with deceptive headlines. There really isn't a whole lot of news, most of these kids are intent on playing out their season. Once their seasons are over the recruiting game will heat up again.

I've noticed the change in coverage at Scout. What happened to Newberg, did he start his own site?

newberg works for scout still but larry weisbaum is covering usfnation on his own and it's pretty awesome.  have you guys ever even tried reading his stuff?  it's extremely detailed.
