When he's obviously off, call some more run plays. I know conventional wisdom says you gotta throw when you're down by 14, but if your QB is not hitting 75% of his targets, you gotta do something else.

MOST throws yesterday were not catchable.

he needs to just throw the **** ball away

+1

Instead of running around and trying to force a throw, into coverage chuck it into about the 3rd row. Or take a sack. 4th and 23 is a lot better than 1st and 10 for the other team.

this is a problem that i dont see will be corrected...

he did it last year, he did it this year... he is just the type of guy who tries to make things happen when there is nothing.

sounded like it holtz's presser afterwards that's something he's trying to get BJ to realize, on the interception in the 1st half, it wasn't really necessary to make something happen, we were up....just a dumb move. Hopefully he realizes this...

BJ will learn a great lesson from this game and we will see a different qb vs the far weaker defenses in the BE.  With the combination of the potential threat of devastating runs, a full receiving corp, and weaker defenses he can only improve.
