Win and they will come and fill up the bottom of the ring.  

The thing that hurts the most is that the lower bowl of the Sun Dome is completely sold out!  For whatever reason, they are just not coming to the games.

These are the folks who - year in, year out  - buy the tickets and make the donation. They haven't stopped supporting the school where it counts the most - in the money department. It would be very, very easy to just stop writing the checks and stop buying the tickets.

There are only SO MANY YEARS that you can be expected to tromp over to the dome and watch USF take another shellacking.  The formula is simple...win and the bodies show up, but the faithful have continued to open the checkbooks.

It could be much, much worse given our less-than-stellar basketball performances.

Bottom Line: win. It cures so much of what  ails you.

all that means is that we are making good money, despite the bad season and no hype.

The hype will bring butts to the seats, but it is great that they are all sold.
