There are character concerns with this kid, he was arrested for burglary a few months ago

Was arrested initially, served a mandatory suspension from athletic events from the arrest, but charges were never filed.

Well there is one thing that stands out as different in Stevie Weatherford than any other QB we have had......he is 6'4".

Ronnie Banks was what?  Somewhere around 6'3" or 6'4"...

Plenty of people screw up and get arrested once in their teenage years.

Weatherford was arrested March 26 on suspicion of burglary and grand theft, both felonies. Kitchie said Weatherford was never charged.

Yeah, the kid sounds like a career criminal ...

I wouldn't jump to too many conclusions.

It was "burglary of an unoccupied building" which could mean just about anything. They could have been trying to steal from the richest man in town, or they might have been playing around in an abandoned building on Halloween.

I don't know the guy, but he comes from a pretty well-known, highly regarded family. This could also go either way - he recognizes he's always a target and tries to play it cool, or thinks he's untouchable and can get away with anything.

Either way, I'll reserve judgment until the facts come out (which may never happen, since he's a juvenile)
