This is a great scheduling option:

1) Guaranteed win

2) Great crowd, by far bigger than Stonybrook or WKU will be this year

3) Great band at half time

Last July the assistant AD said this:

Our president is very interested in us opening the (2011) season there, and we're looking at trying to do something down there every other year. ... It's percolating pretty good."

Would seem like a smart move for both teams. Brings more to the table for the fans than Stoney Brook.

A great solution for the I-AA game. Money, exposure and an entertaining halftime show. Don't think it should be every other year though, it would dilute the impact. Maybe every 4-5 years.

FAMU fans will show up in droves.  That is a great thing and exposes more people to USF games who may live in the area.  Who knows, maybe we add a few USF fans in the process.

I absolutely love their band.  I would recommend we don't have HOT at that game so FAMU can perform for a longer period of time.  Seriously, last time they were here I think HOT did a repeat of their Pink Floyd tribute and in comparison there was no comparison.  Don't get me wrong, on a normal day I love having HOT there.  It adds a lot of fun and they are a good band.  Just that it is comparing apples to oranged when FAMU comes vs really just about all other bands. 

I don't know if I want them every other year, I prefer variety, but every few years would be nice.
