Carlton just texted me and told me he was going to be on Espn 2's First Take at 10:45am.  Someone record it and post it!  Should be a fun interview!

Man this kid is getting more hype and attention then Golden and Dez...could he sneak into the 1st round?

Cant see it happening. Looks like a lot of the hype is coming because of his mom.

Started with talking about his mom being the "cut person" for boxer Antonio Tarver.  Then about his relationship and clothing he gets from Antonio.  Then got into football.  Carlton mentioned being willing to be a wedge buster if whoever drafts him doesn't need him right away at receiver.  Seems to be a humble kid but with confidence in his ability.  I guess he started out as a punter in HS and when asked about punting he said if he put his mind to it he could do it - that he can do anything he puts his mind to.

If he came across in the personal interviews like he did on TV, he had to have helped himself.

They showed highlights as he was talking.

Probably the best interview that I can remember seeing with a USF kid.

Carlton is great dude, im glad to see him do what he's done in the off season to potentially become a first day pick.  I was wrong about him and am very happy to admit it.  Hopefully he has great success at the next level so we have another bull in NFL to point to in recruiting.

draft is different this year...

day one is round 1 only..

based on that he is a second or third day pick :P
