I hope the only game Duke played this year that he watched was against Georgetown, so he'll be sure to tell everyone that Duke is a bad team, too.  Twit.

The Bulls are no fun to watch

I didn't realize that "FUN" was a factor in determining a teams postseason chances.  Why not put the Harlem Globetrotters in the tournament; they're fun to watch?

Whitlock's a big midwest guy. He's probably not watching much Big East basketball except for the nationally televised games.

If you ever listen to him when he sits in on the Jim Rome show, you'll notice his straight up bias towards the midwest.

If those games vs. GU and depaul were the first USF games you saw, then yes USF is a bad basketball team.

Exactly .... "bad" basketball teams don't go 9-9 in the Big East .... The majority of columnists, which is what Whitlock is, are egotistical dickheads.

There's no way Whitlock watched a single USF game other than the one on Tuesday. And that's assuming he even watched that one. He might have just gleaned that stat out of the AP's game wrap.
