Tennessee got the worst of the deal.

I think TN may have hired themselves somebody who will be a coach there for a long time.  If Tommy Tuberville had been around still, I think he would have been offered and would have taken the job, but Dooley seems to me like a good fit for the Vols.  You never know how things will work out.  5 or 10 years from now people may say Dooley was the best hire of the group of recent coach changes. 

If I was a volunteer fan I would be excited about the program recovering from the bad taste of Kiffen.

Overall I think the two are in the same pool of coaches.  Both are character guys that will do good for a school coming out of a scandal.  One just happens to be successful on the field and one isn't. 

Oh yeah and if I were a Vol anyone and I mean ANYONE is a step up from their last piece of trash coach!

Holtz was the far better choice. There is an aura of excitement now that wasn't here before.

Any fan base that hates UF fans as much as they do is alright in my book.

You know in all of the 'riots' and angry youtube videos I saw after Kiffin's departure I didn't see one pair of JORTS.

UT fans are good people.
