offensive play calling/strategy

+1

Our D might have played better if they weren't on the field so much.  The play calling was aweful, understood that BJ was RF, but still they could have let one of the RB's spare him a little.

I agree with the ST also, when the other team is starting on the 39yd line...again making the D's job that much harder

One of the things Holtz will have to work with is the lack of experience we will have on D, we are losing 5 potential Sunday players on D.  He's going to have his work cut out for him

I was going to say "penalties", but now that Jerome Murphy is gone....

I keed, I keed!!!!

Seriously, we need to work on Special Teams the most.  Kickoffs and kickoff coverages are especially important.  I'm sick of giving the other team the 40-yard line while we barely make the 20-yard line.

True, that's why you have assistant coaches.  I hope we improve in all phases of the game.

what last year are you talking about?

2008 season

that was in Tampa. OK, heatstroke, then. No way he was fully healthy

It was a night game in November. No heat stroke, no excuses.

Back to the topic,

I'd say just the offensive side of the ball in general. A lot of young players need work at 0-Line. Also the secondary is very young and could use some guidance.

He needs to work on the off field antics of the players.

Agree wit sMaZZa again. Our technique on tackling is pitiful.

Also, oue O-line needs to improve enough to use the TE in the passing scheme

I think they O-Line will get better as we continue to recruit bigger and better lineman.

Looks like we could have a hell of an OL class coming in.
