Also to the other hot question right now, UCF vs. USF.

His response was something along the lines of: "Coaches coach, players play, and administrators administrate. I don't have that decision. We're playing Florida, Miami, and FSU because that's where we want to be but we'll line up and play whoever they put on the schedule."

who the hell asked that question was he wearing black and gold I hope he got heckled why bring that up

He said that in a separate interview on Brighthouse. The Brighthouse questioner prefaced his question by saying we cover both the Tampa and Orlando area and then asked about scheduling UCF in the future.

What a great press conference. Skip was full of energy and is a great speaker. He will really motivate the players and be a better recruiter.

Goals:

*Win the Big East

*Beat Florida

*Win a National Championship!

I am at work and haven't had a chance to see it but if that is so let's hope he was texting exciting news to his friends and something positive.l

Well its just rude first of all. The guy seems to walk to his own drum, but how about someone teach him some manners?

hm, i wonder what that is all about? I saw a video of him and Holtz talking and hugging, but couldn't make out what was said. BJ did have a grin on his face after they finished talking though.

I just watched the replay of this press conference and i have to say Skip Holtz is a complete class act.  He is almost excited about his Dad when talking about football.  Im a big fan.

As for BJ, dont look too deep into this stuff. he seems a little introverted, not in a bad way in a way where he doesnt seem to show his emotions too much.  he was interviewed after and spoke well and respectful.  he also seemed happy and excited.

Also want to point out the guy who works for BHSN, Drew Fellios, is a really good reporter.  He asked Skip all the right questions, including questions about his Dad.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
