Yeah, he gave a verbal after a visit from Leavitt and then Leavitt was fired the next day. Is he still a solid verbal? I've been afraid to look at the recruiting sites since then.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say this hire should save the class.... especially if he keeps Scott and Franks.

Franks accompanied Leavitt on the visit with hayes, so he would certainly be helpful in keeping him on board.

As recruiting coordinator, Franks would be involved with all recruits and is important to keep for that reason alone.

Scott is probably our most important recruiter, especially in south Florida.

So, I agree if we can keep those two coaches' we'd keep just about all of our verbals.

I just hope that the new HC is aware of their importance and can find places for them on his staff.

I agree, Mama, but as long as RK hangs on to the ball.  He needs to be a true FB if we can adopt some formations for it.
