Except for the case of Lane Kiffin it usually means the coach was highly successful. I am cool with a Kelly or Urban type "move up".

But, I would pay extra to have a Coach who has the self awareness and control not do the following:1. Pregame sideline wind sprints on national TV.2. Head butt helmeted players and look like a bloodied boxer.3. Act like a nervous Nelly before the game.4. Talk like he has never spoken to the media before. That's not too much to ask for a Big East Coach, is it?

An average recruiting class in the high 70s and winning percentage of 59 was eye opening. he was recruiting kids to come to ECU to play in C-USA. that is a big difference. plus, we won 2 conf titles in the last 2 years.hopefully the BCS tag and being in Tampa will help and we get classes in the top 30. then onto the top 15. The last few years have been great.......Not to mention how terrible the program was when he took over. 3-19 the 2 prior seasons
