The best thing that the University can do is to get another hire in there that can relate to the players and win them over as quick as possible. Too many days spent lamenting on his firing will only set them back going into spring ball, but getting some of them to realize that will be the tough part. They have every right to be upset, but unfortunately such is life. Let's all hope that the new staff is on point when they pull in to Tampa. It wouldn't hurt if Woolard gets on the horn to the leaders of the team either. Oh, and for the record, I think Erskin is a punk.

Besides they would have to sit out and i doubt anyone will do that.
Green is Good Posted January 8, 2010 Group: Member Topic Count: 0 Content Count: 182 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 11/16/2008 Share Posted January 8, 2010 It all boils down to this, they guys who played are mad, the guys who didnt and think they should have are happy. The former players are gonna be mad also, but its not like they are gonna stop all interaction with USF, in the future, when USF is playing in a big game, I guarantee you see former players on the sideline. Coaching changes are a part of college football, and sometimes give the program a shot in the arm. It's a shame they couldnt have moved quicker, and got Turner Gill before KU did. I want the new coach to get rid of all walk-ons and then reevaluate each, if he so desires. My guess, Joel Miller, along with his buddy Erskin, is done at USF and good riddance. "What happens in the locker room stays in the locker room" Then he spews a bunch of crap and he wasn't even there. Comical. Kick him in the knee if I see his little punk ass out
