If it doesn't materialize, South Florida might fill the home opening.Anyone heard about this?NAM37

Not away games where we get wiped the floor with.

Only play 5 home games? etc. etc.

The trip would be no worse than our game at Louisville this year, and since UM never sells out the Orange Bowl, a lot of USF fans could make the 4-hour road trip to the game.2) I hope Woolard seriously considers this option, it would leave USF with a solid schedule: Penn State, UCF, UM, Pitt, WVU, Syracuse, Rutgers, U Conn, Cincy, and Louisville... we'll still need another home game (FAMU?)... USF could - under the right circumstances - win all of those games.3) UM would pay $$ for USF to come down there... and it would be USF's biggest road crowd by far. Guest HowieP1
Just speculation, but maybe it will be part of a 2-1 series like UCF got with Miami.

I can make myself believe we'd go undefeated every year and actually believe it... But starting off with UM in the Orange Bowl? I don't know if you do drugs... but I think I would consider smoking a whole lot of tweed before making a serious statement like you just made. That would be our biggest win in school history. That team is the #1 minor league football service for the NFL. There is no drop off in talent for Miami ever (unless you consider Brock Berlin a drop off from Ken Dorsey). But no offense, Berlin would star for every team in college football with the exception of OU, USC and Cal (and maybe ASU, VaTech, Utah, and Louisiville). Here's hoping we get the game... but here's to realizing we have to be levelheaded.
