That doesn't make any sense. USF fell to 37, while Florida State rose to 26. That tells me all I need to know about that Web site.

Also, it has Florida playing the second-toughest schedule in the country. Total nonsense. This Web site is useless.

As for people hating on Houston, I have to disagree. They have done more than enough to receive that rating...if not more.
