Yeah like last year when USC played UCLA. USC wanted to wear their red and were the away team and UCLA wore their blue. USC would lose a timeout for doing this and they did, but in respect to fairness UCLA used a timeout in the beginning of the game so both teams had 2.

Yeah, but the timeout thing was a Pac-10 rule, not an NCAA one.

So what color should rocky be, since he's grey and that's not one of our colors?

I know, now I'm just being a smart a**.

Not to rehash the whole "what type of Bull our mascot is" argument / debate ontop of the current ones but Rocky is grey because of two reasons. (1) The common color of Brahma Bulls and well Brahma's in general are grey (nuff said)... the second reason I'd rather not get into because it will most likely open a whole nother can-o-worms.

personally, I know the history and I know I'm going to get crap for saying this, but I just think some people get a little carried away with the school color thing.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
