For those who think your to old (like me) for Daughtry or are put off by his American Idol roots you will be very surprised by his music. I grew up on 70's rock bands and love his songs. And you have heard his songs, whether you knew it or not. When the Rays announced their concerts this one went to the top of the list along with Pat Benatar.

What a combination, Bulls night and Daughtry, a can't miss evening.

Also the Big and Rich concert on 8-22-09 is a lot more rock-n-roll than country.

Anyway, back to the thread, has anyone been able to buy tickets other than group tickets?

I'm old, because I have no idea who Daughtry is.  I have never heard of it/them/him/her until the Rays announced the concert.

My 2nd graders had to tell me who he is.  He was on American Idol.

Why would I stay after the game to watch professional karaoke?

My wife saw him last year when he opened for Bon Jovi.  She thought he put on a good show.  He's not just a karaoke type.

I agree. Daughtry is a real rocker and I will stay to see him. I was at other concert games last year and didn't stay to watch any of the concerts. But I will stay to see Daughtry, Benatar and several others this season. And I will be proudly wearing my Bulls gear too.
