He will give a public lecture as well as meet faculty, students, and local business people. Vern Smith’s visit is a collaborative effort between the College of Business, the Department of Economics, and the Bank of Tampa. He gave a really cool lecture. If you're a student or in town, I'd suggest going to the lecture. It will be interesting. He's not coming for a 1-time lecture to bore people to death, and he'll take questions at the end from anyone in the audience (I'm assuming, but it would be unlikely of him not to).
