ULS had a Nobel Laureate physics professor come a few years ago.  He gave a really cool lecture.  If you're a student or in town, I'd suggest going to the lecture.  It will be interesting.  He's not coming for a 1-time lecture to bore people to death, and he'll take questions at the end from anyone in the audience (I'm assuming, but it would be unlikely of him not to).

I know he's scheduled to be at USF from Feb. 12-14, but when's the lecture that'll be open to the public?

You need to RSVP to Kweber08@coba.usf.edu

He is speaking on Friday Feb. 13th at 10 am. (at least that is the most up-to-date information I have).

Those that don't work within academia won't be able to make it. Too bad.  :-[
