However, we are getting it in the backside by paying our rent to a private owner to use a "community" stadium, not to mention all of the parking and concession money he is reaping from us.Not sure how much our actual rent is but $125,000 per game is ringing a bell. Maybe that's rent plus what they are getting in concession and parking.I don't mind paying to play but if it is a "community" stadium then our rent should be going to the TSA not the Glazers.Eric Soncract said (as part of the Bull Backers' tour of the Athletic Facility last week) that $80,000 per game was less than $120 million for a stadium -- and we play in a "state-of-the-art" NFL facility... something that can only be said of a few other programs in the country. Too bad there isn't anything new to add.

Yes, its not on campus, but if you are going to play off-campus...DANG that is nice to have a stadium like RJS.Plus, USF brings in many $$$$$$$ from Boosters who pay for the privledge to have CLUB ACCESS!!! That helps USF raise a TON of $$$$$.Since most College Teams do not have 10,000 "Club Seats" with 2 full-size CLUB Concourses, USF tix prices/booster levels might even DROP if you played in a College only stadium on campus. Not having Club Seats, not having HUGE Club Lounges has "hurt" UCF's ability to raise Booster Levels in the past.UCF finally was able to raise them this year and brought in about $300,000 extra, but if UCF played in a Stadium like RJS, even if at same location as Citrus Bowl...UCF might be able to DOUBLE their Booster Membership and increase their fund-raising 3-5 times what it is now.Since the Citrus Bowl is just "another" stadium...yes, it would be nice if UCF was able to build a "nice" stadium on campus. But since RJS is a GREAT stadium...the "need" for USF isn't a top priority.KL
