I have the tool downloaded, and it appears to be working, bu it still says ZERO votes on the bottom. I have IE 7 and downloaded the .net thing, is there anything else I can try?

Close and restart it.

Make sure you position your mouse over the "Submit" button and then press the 's' key. Make sure the app notifies you that it's been saved. Click the submit button, and make sure you see the page reloading and going through the various stages. Also, one thing to make sure of is that the buttons keep coming back and NOT the results. If the submit button isn't there it'll just click nothing.

Other than that, I'm not sure what else to say. If it just stays at "Ready" it may be Vista's problem, make sure you upgraded to the .NET Framework 3.5. If its cycling through and still going to "0 votes" I have no idea how that could even happen, lol.

The image is pulled directly from the ESPN page.  So when it's updated there, it is here.  So, it's valid throughout

That'd be stupid. It's obvious that this vote is being severely macroed, so it goes in line with expectations.

They just don't update it every time because it's cheaper on the bandwidth.
