Someone who doesn't panick and is tried and true at the college level. Our current O.C. has reached his potential. He is D 1AA at best, not D 1 caliber. In order for us to move ahead, we need the O.C. to also.

They had all year to figure out what happened last year and came back with the same old offense. Their game plan will not work with these players, we've recruitted runners, use them **** it! Guest wildrover
Here's a crazy one, if we lose by just acouple or win by just a couple with the same offense they might get a pass. Do we need to be blown out in order to send the right message, that these guys aren't capable of change and tayloring the offense to the players they have? It's too early to say we need a new OC, even though I have always hated the no huddle offense, and especially running from the shotgun.
