Smart move.  McKelvin and Talib are battling for the 2nd DB taken in the draft.  Let them fight it out.

Totally bummed he won't be here in Mobile.  My office is not even a 5 minute walk to Ladd stadium so I watch many of the practices every year and was looking forward to seeing two bulls out there.  Oh well, now I can concentrate on Moffit and see how he stacks up.  the North LBs I saw yesterday were not impressive so he's got a chance to up his stock if he can impress out here...

Are you kidding?  Have you even been to the Senior Bowl?  It's rare for ANY top 15 pick to actually come unless they think it will play them into the top 5.  With the draft the way it is and with him being CB, there's no way he can play himself higher than many are projecting him which is 7.

Just got back from Senior Bowl practice, Moffit looked good.  Came out leading the defense on the 7 on 7 drills and was also on the kickoff coverage team.  Also held his own on the LB drills.  He's definitely only helping himself here I think which will help get teh attention back on his playing ability vs the off the field stuff.

For the record, there was no one else wearing bulls gear, but I did look around to see if there was some hottie around, but there was not.
