That does seem to be the consensus, but you never know.  I'm being more hopeful than realistic I guess.  I also noted on one of the SC boards that someone saw him on campus with his mother on that visit.  Could be that it was his sister though, since she lives in Columbia and he did mention that he was happy to spend some time with her.

You may be right and I haven't heard from anyone and have no inside sources, but here is what I know:

1. He visited South Carolina this past weekend. 

2. His parents did not go with him to South Carolina, but his sister lives in Columbia.

3. He is visiting USF this weekend.

4. This weekend is the football banquet, usually the best weekend for recruits.

5. His parents will be there this weekend.

He may end up a gamecock, but the above says it is not a done deal yet.

you forgot about spurriers in-home visit coming this thursday....that worries me.

LG, I did forget that.  I expect CJL at the house too before signing day.

Streeter is not going to announce until after his last visit and maybe on signing day itself.  We have a shot.
