I would like to see us start opening up our recruiting  to a little more national reach.  I'm not sure if the budget is there yet, but a good recruiter in an assistant coach would be a good start.  I wouldn't mind start trying to land some of the big midwest kids for the OL and some of those Texas QBs.  We are getting some pretty good fast kids in the skill positions.

The strategy of recruiting promarily in the Tampa area was good to get us to this level.  It needs to open up a little broader to get to the next level unless we start keeping some of the area 4 and 5 star guys to stay home.

Apparently, Rich Rachel moved into a recruiting job for us, meaning we will have a CB assistant coaches job open, so if anyones got a short list of who to hire, fax it to athletics...

i can go on and on

i would look to nab a wr or qb coach from offensive power houses in college football and promote them to OC

standing pat wouldnt be an option if i was usf head coach
