Flash back to 2005:  All we heard about from UCF fans was how we "only" brought 5500 to Charlotte, and if THEY had a bowl on the mainland, they'd have brought 10-20K.

Well, folks... UCF is on the mainland this year. Not only that, but as CUSA champions and with a rusher who may break the all time record for single season yardage.

And word around the campfire is that ticket sales are hovering around 2500.

FYI, it's about the same distance from Orlando to Memphis as it is from Tampa to Charlotte.

Y'all have fun now.

We should find out early next week how our sales have gone.  Early prognosis from the athletic office has been good.

If you consider utter silence on numbers good.

What happened to all the talk about how you'd bring 15K to a bowl game?  :D :D :D :D :D

No, that's their RB who has piled on yards against the worst conference in 1A  :)
