What's up with the fans there in J-ville? I see so many Colts fans and some sections of that stadium that are EMPTY

It holds 67,000+ according to Wikipedia.

The upper stands in one end zone COMPLETLY empty as well as 2-4 sections in the upper deck.

Let me explain the stadium issue.

The stadium holds 75,000, which is really big for us. So they cover some sections in the upper decks and north endzone, so the games are sold out and can be on TV. Now the stands you saw that were empty, are temporary bleachers that are brought in for the Florida-Georgia game this weekend, but we're not allowed to use those for the NFL. So with everything covered tha capacity is 67,000. With the bleachers brought in and the seats uncovered, the stadium gets up to around 80,000 (which is needed for UF-UGa)
