if Oregon, Kansas, and LSU all lose tonight #6 BCS ranking at HIGHEST.

more reasonable (and likely) will be #8/9 BCS ranking.  Lots of top teams have tough conference games the next 2 weeks, so we're not completely out of the national championship picture yet (despite what most on this board would lead you to believe).

As it stands right now with #6, 7, and 10 already lost.. we may only drop to 6 or 7. (AP poll).

We'll undeservedly fall out of top 10 rankings. I think the national media is pissed off at us for losing and will want to punish us.  We should be higher though in the BCS since I think the computers will still like us and Rutgers will be ranked.

If half the games tonight continue to fall our way as they have today, the computers will still have us ranked very high.  I think we end up #9 or #10 in the BCS rankings.

The media doesn't vote in the BCS (unless they are in the harris poll and I don't know it).

I don't know... we lost to an unranked team. I don't know how much or little we should fall.

The Coaches Poll is......the BCS is 1/3 the Coaches Poll, 1/3 the Harris Poll(random people that once had something to do w/ college football, I think Mr. Selmon was a voter its first year), 1/3 the computer rankings.

The AP Poll decided it didnt want to be apart of it a couple years ago.
