I'm assuming we are the newest, but I'm not sure. Is there a list of teams and years their programs were created somewhere online?

I can't seem to bring it up right now but all these NCAA record books have a section for years played, division history, and conference alignment history. It should answer your question. And it's free!Warning: it's a big file. I recommend downloading the file and viewing it locally.
