USF or South Florida???

There is a page on this for every USF sports media guide.  Its nothing new.

Here is what is in the Bulls Game Notes for the Rutgers game.

I like South Florida Bulls.  I have noticed that most places online where you can pick a team from a list, they have us as South Florida.

I have also noticed more people are referring to Southern Cal instead of USC.

As for using South in the name, I wouldn't care even if we were in Jasper.  Why let it bother you.

Lets really screw **** up and redo the naming of the entire State University System of Florida.  I mean we are all part of the same system, right?

Florida A&M will be University of Florida A&M at Tallahassee UFAM (kinda cool)

Florida Atlantic will be University of Florida at Boca Raton UFBR (fubar?)

Florida Gulf Coast will be University of Florida at Fort Myers UFFM (reminds me of mofo)

Florida International will be University of Florida at Miami UFM

Florida State will be University of Florida at Tallahassee UFTH

New College of Florida will be University of Florida at Sarasota UFS

Central Florida will be University of Florida at Orlando UFO (I love this one)

Florida will be University of Florida at Gainesville UFG (they will love this)

North Florida will be University of Florida at Jacksonville UFJ

South Florida will be University of Florida at Tampa UFT

West Florida will be University of Florida at Pensacola UFP

That will really piss everyone off equally, hehe.
