One or two bad years doesn't really affect it too much.  Remember these teams have been playing for over 100 years.  They are also 1/2 on number of victories as well.  Although ND's bad slide might have pushed them to 3 or close to it by now.

If you take All-time Home records for Div-I football, I believe we are 3rd. We passed Auburn when we beat them up there.
