Could it be that they have forfeited to save the humiliation?

Maybe we're getting a better network as opposed to ESPN U?

Maybe ESPN is picking it up later in the day???

No way the game would change days, so timing has to be the thing in question right now.  Wonder if this has anything to do with a potential College Gameday broadcast from Tampa.

Edit:  Scratch that, looks like Wikipedia lists Gameday going to the Mizzou @ Oklahoma game.

Game is at noon.  It won't be changing per my event meeting this morning.  Don't panic.  All is well.  Remain Calm.

;D

No, folks, there's no postponement

Fans who purchased tickets for Saturday's USF-Central Florida game through Ticketmaster got a curious e-mail on Monday morning:

Hello, this is Ticketmaster Customer Service with an important alert for your upcoming event. USF vs. UCF scheduled at Raymond James Stadium on Saturday, October 13, 2007, at 12:00PM, has been postponed. The new date is to be announced.

We're not sure what prompted the message, but it's incorrect. USF senior associate athletic director Bill McGillis confirmed Monday morning that Saturday's game has NOT been postponed and will be played as scheduled at noon Saturday at Raymond James Stadium.

Again, to recap: Still show up as scheduled on Saturday. And enjoy your "convenience fees."
