The Major difference is that it opens up talk of national championship thoughts if we can take care of business.

colorado is a good squad.

and our wins have been impressive but not nearly as good as a win against the Number 1 team in their house!!

and i HATe the gators.  plus there is a whole qtr left.  the gators can still lose this game.

either way, records might indicate one thing, but i really dont think we are one of the top 3 teams in the country.

and i LOVE our team.  but lets be realistic.  we still have a LOT left to prove.

USC should drop like a rock. Losing at home to an unranked and BAD football team. We should not get passed up by any 1 loss team in my opinion.

yea USC has been winning close games all year.  pulling away towards the end each week.

they arent a top 10 team.

their O-line is TERRIBLE

I based it on perception and you know this stuff changes from week to week. No one knows anything about FAU, so voters just assume they suck, even though they're not bad at all. Whereas beating the #1 team in the country in their house, where they almost never lose, is a huge deal.

I remember when they lost at the end of last year they only dropped to #9.  I don't think USC is allowed to not be ranked high.

We won by 2 TDs.  They don't base the rankings on the play by play. 

Our win against UNC looks bigger now.  Our win against Auburn is looking big.  WVU probably moves back into the top ten.  That win looks big.  As someone pointed out, BC has a close win to a 1AA team.  If UF can hold on, we should be either 4 or 5.
