Scheduling Question- Who is going to want to play us?

Definitely need to keep a good OOC schedule.  But so far this year there are only 2 teams in the top 25 that rank higher then us in SOS to date

This was in today's AJC:

South Florida too risky an opponent

There is one Top 25 team Richt had a chance to schedule, but now might never do it.

"When the administration asked me, "How would you like to play South Florida?' I was like, 'No.'" Richt said. "I don't want to play them. They are too fast and too talented and well-coached, and they are a team that would love to make a rep playing us and beating us."

Richt said there is just no payoff for Georgia to play South Florida. It's a game many would expect Georgia to win. And if Georgia were to lose, like Auburn this season, people would be incredulous that it lost to a non-traditional powerhouse team.

"I would rather play a perennial top-10 team than play those guys," Richt said.

Sounds about right... for now... but we'll soon be that perennial top team and then i bet he still won't schedule us because we will still be too fast for them  ;D

can we cancel 1 of the UF games?  2 road trips is just too much.  i say we go get some pac10 or big 12 teams on our list.
