Mystery of the USF Helmet Color.....

Recommended Posts

Guest JulmisteForPrez

Man the iconic U logo is the ultimate and makes it unique.

The white looks too boring to me.  I love the gold helmet!  Now on green vs. black...  Is the logo actually black?  I thought it was a really dark green.

Green and gold and white and black lets go Bulls go!?

I like the gold helmet as well......just need to make it the right gold.

As far as the logo & facemask.........yep..........black as black can be.

Used to be dark green.

I think this is our third season with the completely irrelevant black logo & mask.

I hadn't really noticed the facemask went to black the one on my desk from 2001 has a green face mask and the all of the original were green .  I will check on Friday.

Maybe we can compromise and make it dark green?

Ummmm.....here's a CRAZY idea.....

Match the jersey color.

Hehe.  I am trying to broker a deal with the other camp.  Honestly it can go either way, just keep the green and gold please!  And no Oregon-looking futuristic uniforms!  That's just embarrassing for the sport.

The helmets are growing on me.  Would love to see a white helmet with the green U.  Would look awesome with the green jerseys.

Now I like that...The facemask needs to either match the green or make it gold!

Gold helmets destroy white.  Come on!  Stop the insanity and focus on the prevention of furniture burning.

Modify the jersey and pants to make the green and gold theme work with the white helmets.

WHERE ARE YOU SHOOP?!?!?!?

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
