They've been going there for years.  I've been in there during a couple WV games and they usually draw 20-25 people.

The big USF watch party site in South Tampa has been Selmons for the past few years, and I am fine with that.  Technically it is north of Kennedy so it is not "true" South Tampa, but it is readily accessible to all of South Tampa.  The management is very USF friendly and they do have the best array of HD TVs and have HD service for almost any game on TV.

That Beef's in Palma Ceia has always been a UF and FSU first place, so why bother trying to muscle in there?  Their food is mediocre, and their TV's are older than the one I had in college, and I graduated back in '93.  :  Let the WVU people go there.  They would not know the difference between good food and grilled 'possum, nor could they tell the difference between a grainy projection TV from the '80's and a modern new Plasma HD widescreen TV.
