Attendance this year-- it will be big IMO

Season ticket base has been building up again from that first year to about 18,800 this year (and climbing).

With big games at home this year:

Elon-- uggh but still first game will bring out diehard fans

UNC -- should travel well,  lots of local alumni

WVU -- should travel very well plus local interest- although it is Friday night

UCF -- brings a big crowd from O-town

Cinci -- Homecoming always has a nice crowd

UL -- travels well and this game could be very meaningful

.... we will most likely break our attendance marks this season. I can see us opening the east side upper deck for at least three of those games (lower bowl holds 41K).

Easily the best home schedule in terms of opponents we've ever had. Now if we can just get the job done.

Keep in mind UNC fans are notorious for being front running phonies when it comes to football.
