What will be the first play from scrimmage this Fall?

I'm going with a handoff to Ben Williams, since I think he will be the official starter when the season begins. He will likely lose his job after that first snap

Before I even read your response, I thought "handoff to Ben Williams".

Hope Ben takes it to the house, but I sense your concern with Leavitt's style of holding on to past starters when there may be someone better at 2 or 3 that only needs the chance (i.e. MG).

Good thing we'll have a whole month to sort that out.

If Rod Smith were still on our staff, I would say Grothe up the middle.  With him gone, I'll say it's a pass into the right flat to one of our RBs.
