I figure since KL and other UCF fans love to harp on our actual attendance.

Here is the ACTUAL attendance announce by the Citrus Bowl... LOL

Their ACTUAL attendance last year was 22,042.

geez, a 43% markup for the year??  that seems impressive ... not to mention the over 100% markup for the UAB game

wow...43% markup for the year and a 167% markup for UAB alone. Wonder how that will be spun.

All schools tend to have an announced crowd that larger than the turnstile, but the way they like to rail against us...you'd swear they were immune. Guess not... I'm sure we'll hear about how things will change with the new stadium..and it will for the time being. Eventually you must win. If facilities were everything, everyone would be going to Oregon (aka Nike U)

Here are the real figures copied and pasted for your enjoyment.  I wonder how this one will be spun.  Just over 8K for one game, that is absolutely terrible.  I couldn't care less how many they draw, the only reason I am somewhat interested in these stats is the non stop posts by some knight fans on our attendance.

Wow.  No wonder they want to keep playing us.  Without us their actual attendance is 19,348. 

Like most on here, I would not care except for the fact that I hear how great their attendance is compared to ours from friends of mine.

So besides the USF game and the C-DOA title game, none of those other games would even come close to filling their new can.

How do you have a 167% mark-up? HOW?

I'm wondering which set of numbers they were using to sell the dumbgeon to all the UCiF sheeple.

Ok this one is the BEST answer i heard from a UCF fan. On their board one of their fans says that the difference is that UCF students are NOT counted by turnstyles.

I pointed out that for USF that would mean 8,500 students and that the Rice,ECU and UAB games had over 10-14 thousand. He tried to explain that there were OTHER games were UCF students showed up in LARGER numbers than the USF game.

Then I pointed out that in 2003 the Ohio game had a difference of TWO in the counts so that would mean according to his explanation that ONLY TWO UCF students were at that game.

Man this is funnier than comedy central.

Well....until this article came out, attendance smack was the only thing that UCiF fans had to talk about. Now they don't even have that....
