He wouldn't be considered a sure bet to make it to the major leagues, but the draft typically lasts about 50 rounds. He'll certainly get a good shot to work his way up through the minors. Less than 1% of the drafted players ever make it to the major leagues! No matter what round you are picked in. But there are many players that make the major's that are drafted in any round.
