It was probably the worst weather North Florida has had in December in years. Who would go out and sit in a stadium for 3 hours in the rain, cold? Reflecting on these numbers, the majority of the citizens in the region are SEC football fans first. While USF is located here, Tampa still has a long way to go before being a "Big East" town.
