Get this guy now. I liked him at Kent State, and I think he could lure some talent to the sunshine state and big east.

What was he making at Arkansas and how many years left on his contract is he getting paid for?

Believe he recently received a contract extension to 2009.

Arkansas will have to pay for THREE Basketball Coaches for this fall: Nolan Richardson (STILL!), Heath, plus new Coach.

Per USA TODAY, Heath was guaranteed $752,000 plus per year...with a $100,000 NCAA MAX bonus...but USA TODAY did not have and did not show his contract for "outside income".

Heaths buyout is 900k. Nolan's payments stop getting paid in june. 500k.

I JUST WANT TO WIN!  Go get him DW!

I have nothing to do now.  It's hot in NC now, Duke laid an egg in the tourney, and there is absolutely nothing else to look forward to (besides graduation).

I need some excitement... or it's going to be a LONG summer.

That "long" summer is a big factor in why I moved north.

Irish blood can't take that kind of heat for that many consecutive months.   :-[

the beauty of it all is that we won't have to pay any of it!! We can get him for the $800 or so K we offered Marshall and he gets 1.7mil for the next couple of years!!!
