Great press on your web site as well as Matt Grothe.

The writer did put one questionable sentence:

McDonough, his wife and two small children enjoy the rare distinction of being USF season-ticket holders.

Umm, "rare distinction"?  The writer makes it sound like there are only 20 season ticket holders.

There are quite a few of us out here, and some of us have held tickets since day one and attended ever game, including the dreaded "why did they move the homecoming game to Halloween night and now my kids cannot trick or treat so I will whine as if Halloween was on the level of Christmas as a holiday" game.

I agree hightech, that was an unnecessary low blow.  We have more season ticket holders than 60% of D-1 schools.  It's that kind of perception we still need to overcome.

Love the publicity !!!

When I visit other boards, I make sure to link the site (and this site) . . . but this article reached so many more fans needing a football fix.

And expect it will help in our pre-season perception.

Starkey is a PITT homer; I am surprised he ever wrote this article.  Cheap shot, how many season ticket holders does PITT have?

why complain? Is not like Grothe's videos are really a youtube sensation like he implied, 4K youtube hits it's okay but is not exactly a viral video type of fame.  I'm glad he wrote the piece though.
