Brad put Huggins on the list.  ;D

Okay, I'll play

1)  He isn't even a candidate as far as USF is concerned

2)  he narrowly escaped Vermont in 1st round of NIT

3)  Lost to DePaul in NIT

4)  We're looking for NCAA Tournament type coaches.

No response necessary - from anyone...

;D

My vote is for Grant and no one else. I know he wasn't interested earlier but now that the 1st 2 rounds of the tourny are finished, I think he has the opportunity to think more clearly.

I love his system and what he has accomplished with VCU. They gave PITT a real scare, a team that I have in the final four. As fans I think we need really get behind this guy because he will bring an era of winning.

Does anyone know what his "dream job" is or where he stands currently? How much can we pay this guy?

LETS'S START BACKING GRANT!

Has anyone tried the "Remove Vote" and re-vote process?

This will be interesting to see how the votes move...since we are clinging to any and all new information..

I did. At first I picked Lowery until I read your first comment:

I think we should set up a poll, not with who we want to see, but of the rumored coaches who is most likely...

and I changed it to Pelphrey. Unless he turns us down, the press makes it seem like this is DW's guy. How do I feel about it? I'll let you all know next year if he can get us 4 Big East W's in a single season

I'm surprised we have almost an equal number for Doherty, Gillen, Grant and Pelphrey...so clearly no leader emerging at this point..My vote is not on Pelphrey and I'm leaving it where it is.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
