It wasn't actual players can we put this to bed. They had a game ended at 5:30pm and they aren't coming back to tampa to scout or talk smack. You know you can buy similar gear to what the teams wear. I just hope we get them again and beat them.

Hopefully I'm wrong, but I thought the # 30 ranking was to good to be true. We need to quit running our mouths and start winning some games. Losing 3 of our last 4 is not what I want to see.

Agreed.  Ever since the ranking, we've played a different brand of baseball it seems.  Where is all the agressiveness on the base paths?  Hopefully we'll get it back tonight against Stetson.

LaPorta was definitely not among them, and I am 99.9 percent sure it wasn't Florida players due to game time reasons stated in earlier posts ...

But r to the izzo and Mag are right ... there were players were hats and shirts with colors and logos very, very similar to that of UF's.

As a matter of fact, someone came to the pressbox to say LaPorta was with them, which led to me checking ...

No dice. Sorry to burst the rivalry/conspiracy bubble here ...

Someone mentioned this to Addy the day after the Oracle ran it, and he says/claims/believes he was misquoted.  ::)

The Gators are a good team, no doubt about that. It will be interesting to see how they play the rest of the year, and hopefully we'll get another shot at them along the line.

Hey now, I didn't want people to start hawking on Addy because he (may have) said something as strong as what was published.

I wouldn't mind, but talk to me when we're in Omaha. Then the story will be worthwhile.
