Mama_Bull Posted March 4, 2007 Group: Member Topic Count: 1,207 Content Count: 18,470 Reputation: 899 Days Won: 44 Joined: 10/14/2003 Share Posted March 4, 2007 This was the first one I was able to attend.  I had a great time and it was fun to sit with some of the players and see them cut up and have fun.  The program is put together very well and the videos really get you pumped up.  September yet?Agree with you wholeheartedly.  I BULLIEVE we have about 45 more days until the Spring game......and can not wait!   Went to last year's banquet as well.  The only comment I can make is that the food, which was plentiful, wasn't quite up to last year's standard.  I do know that Outback was going to do the catering for the 2006 awards banquet, like they did last year, but when it was cancelled because of Keeley's death, they were unable to do it last night.  Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the food was bad, because it wasn't, but Outback did an awesome job last year and I'm a little spoiled.September can't come soon enough!!!!!GO BULLS!!!! He also happened to be the most delightful young man to speak to and he was very excited to be back in his home state and root on the Bulls from the sidelines. Can you say PHYSICAL SPECIMEN? The kid looks like he might be something special. I was fortunate enough to get to sit with Delbert Alvarado's family. What a nive family and a great kid. It was cool getting to talk to him about his 56 yard field goal against the 'Cuse. Niether he, nor his parents, could believe it when leavitt told him to go out there and kick the ball.
