If we weren't going to have a fall off with Julmiste gone, he wouldn't have been back in the starting lineup so quickly when he was elgible to return.  No doubt from a performance standpoint this one could really hurt us.  Especially against Auburn.  Our key to that game is TURNOVERS and many of those come from a good DE being able to get to that QB.  Chances are Auburn is playing a former 4 or 5 star kid across from the kid we're going to put in there who is GREEN.  Not good, not good.  

Though I hate it bc it impacts the TEAM, Julmiste screwed them and I hope they all let him know.  Apparently 6 games wasn't enough to teach the moron a lesson.  I hope Leavitt really takes this opportunity to sit down with the guys and really make a big example out of this so they all know "It can happen to me".  I'd also make sure I found out where he was getting it so if it's a "team" thing (which can happen) then we kill it now before it takes out a "core" of good players.

Well, mr. speculator doesn't know.  Honestly, the rumor is Ponton might be transfering after the spring but it would have nothing to do with a legal issue.  Good kid but the depth and position got thick, he'll see what he can do this spring.  Hopefully he sticks with it, a good kid.

why would ponton wait?

So what happened to Julmiste?  Or are you speculating on that too?  I haven't read any reports specifically stating what rule he broke this time.

Look at that seal that appears on that signature block of yours, if I'm not mistaken those words are "Truth" and "Wisdom".  Two word you may want to consider carefully before the next time you smear somene with your speculation.

2nd chance?

Josh Julmiste had 5 lives!

1) Arrested in HS...then signed with USF. (Hint 1...Most kids are not ARRESTED in HS.)

2) Arrested at USF...and kicked out of the program. (Hint...2 arrests...bad DUDE...probably wise to let him go).

3) Probably concern for possible drug use. (Hint 3)

4) Initiate drug test...Josh failed it (Hint 4).

5) Tell player not to do it again.

6) Player fails a 2nd drug test (Hint 5).

7) Suspend player for 50% of the season..tell player not to do drugs again.

8) Player fails 3rd drug test. Per University Athletic Rules...player must be kicked out of the program (again in this case). (Hint 6...he is a waste).

2nd chance? Dude had a TON of chances...and wasted every one.

on top of those offenses, I've personally witness this guy show up for pickup basketball game at a certain court in wesley chapel during the football season. It's good to see CJL laying down the discipline. The program needs it and hope CJL's showing of discipline translates to less penalty on the field. Man, do we kill great plays with silly penalties
